Our sessions will take place online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, giving you the flexibility to choose a space where you feel comfortable and safe. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly, based on your need. I accepted most major insurance plans or a cash rate.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy provides a supportive space where both partners can explore their dynamics, improve communication, and work through challenges together. I take a collaborative, solution-focused approach tailored to your unique relationship needs. Please note that I do not accept insurance for couples therapy, but I’m happy to discuss payment options.
